The commonplace bubblewrap is used to explore the fluid boundaries, fragile edges and the immediacy of process.
The delicate vases are the imprints of air gaps occurring in the soft moulds. The process is reflected in the fragile shapes that jesmonite takes when cast into the sacks of used bubble wrap, rendering gravity and the human handling visible.
Material, object and space melt and merge. Nothing is still or solid in the Packing Room.
